Blues Client Health and Safety Protocol

Safety Protocol

– All Clients need to bring their own mask with them to their appointment

– We will be offering a one to one service for all of our clients for the duration of their appointment

– Hand sanitiser will be available on reception, in the rest room and on each salon floor

– Individual flannels will be provided instead of a towel in the rest room

– No clients are now able waiting in the waiting area as we no longer have one

– All Clients to come alone, if they arrive early they must wait in their cars or outside until called into the salon

– All Clients please bring their own food and drink as refreshments will not be given in the salon

– We are implementing H&S log in sheet that needs to be signed by clients when they arrive and when they leave

– We are asking for Pre payments of 50% to be taken for future bookings

– Any client that’s more than 10 mins late will be unfortunately refused services

– Consultations will be done via FaceTime or similar app

– Skin test and strand tests to be completed on all clients prior to services if it’s been longer than 6 months since their last colour or you are a new client

– Clients can be refused services by staff if COVID-19 symptoms are present

– After each client, we will be conducting a thorough clean of our equipment and the area

– We would prefer to take Payments via card but can accept cash if needed

We’re open 9am – 6pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday, open late on Wednesday and Thursdays until 8pm.  
We are open 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, closed on Sundays.
